Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto

4 April 1884 – 18 April 1943

Yamamoto was a fleet admiral in World War II. He would command Japanese forces during Pearl Harbor and Battle of Midway.

 

Yamamoto was the one who planned and commanded the attack on Pearl Harbor. Pearl harbor happened on December 7th, 1941.

 

Yamamoto was the one who planned the attack on Midway. The reason was to extend the protective zone of Japan and destroy the rest of American pacific fleet. This battle Japan would lose and would be the last offensive by Japan's naval fleet. He lost the battle of Midway

 

He would die from a attack of P-38s that attacked his plane. They were on and interception mission to kill him.
